Took my mother who must use a walker for a dental cleaning. Took her 10 minutes early as it take her a little longer to get around. Unfortunately, we were told we had to wait in our vehicle because there was a "staff meeting" in progress. 2 minutes later someone else arrived and was allow to go right in. Not sure what type of service she will receive but in a customer service industry ... they leave a lot to be desired.
