The doctor is a very good listener and responsive to my feelings and concerns.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Dean for several years. Always professional, attentive and caring. Has given us some great advice. Best primary care physician in Prescott Valley.
Called after 9AM Monday with question about swelling feet. Only got robot answer saying leave a message. It is now late Tuesday and still no call back. I get more more help from United Health Care than from Dr George Dean. I don't feel that he cares about my health because nothing he has said or done indicates so. I would never refer Dr George Dean to any of my friends.
I specifically requested an annual PHYSICAL and the staff put annual wellness! I told them I asked for a physical, my insurance pays for a hands-on physical exam as well as an annual wellness visit once every 12 months. Dr. Dean's MA gave me a gown to put on and I expected the physical I requested. Dr. Dean only gave me the idiotic Q&A wellness visit. Dr Dean is a great Doctor. The problem is with his MA. She lies, makes mistakes and is arrogant. The woman at the counter is overwhelmed Add in the ineffectiveness of his MA and it is only a matter of time until someone gets hurt from her mistakes. Forget about making a complaint, if you complain then it's good bye.
After our regular doctor left practice, we decided to try Dr. Dean, and I am glad we did. He listens intently to what you have to say, and is genuinely concerned about you. He offers advice and treats what ails you. His personality is very good, and he is very easy to talk to. As I said, he is a good listener, as well as a good doctor. I thought it would be difficult to find a good doctor, but we got lucky and found Dr. Dean.
