I like the new office. The old one was nice but the new one is cool too. Service was great that's why I keep coming for 30 years., but Charlie needs to smile more! LoL. Oh, and maybe I missed a "We've moved mailer/email" but I was totally turned around by the move/the entire "Bermuda Triangle" GPS paradigm. So I'll take the blame for that assuming one was sent. Overall, great experience. You guys do a great job and of course there's Lori! Great Team.
Jen is pleasant and thorough and gentle as well as just plain nice to be around.
