I am a new patient, as is my wife, and we are both having dental work done. After my initial visit and follow-up, I have found Dr. Downing to be extremely thorough, caring, and competent. The front desk staff has been welcoming, greeting me with a warm hello and a friendly smile each time I come in. Very rude
Dr Downing was rude, arrogant and disrespectful!!! Left there knowing I would never go back.
This was my first visit.Staff was pleasant courteous. Dr.was friendly, conscious and patiently addressed all my concerns. I found his confident manor quite reassuring.
I have been looking for a good Dentist for a long time. I'm new to Medicare so I really didn't know what was in-store for me. I received a lists of Dentist offices and to my surprise Dr Downing was on the list. I have passed his office multiple times and it's right down the street from me.
