If you want an uncaring doctor, he is your guy. I have suffered for nearly 2 years, had multiple PT , two additional surgeries from another surgeon to correct mistakes including bone grafts, and still may be left with lifetime limp. Thanks Doc for ruining my life.
Had a left knee meniscus tear procedure done back in 2018 and now 2025 with Dr.Markovich everything was great
Need an MRI CD for my orthopedic surgeon to do knee replacement. It is held by Dr. Markovich’s office. Have called 6 times waited on the phone for 35 minutes one time music and recording only - no one answers. One time I did get a call back and I told the woman on the phone what I needed and she said I’ll transfer you. When she did the transfer, the phone hung up.
Here two hours and still have not seen the doctor. Extremely overbooked. Standing room only. Find another office. We needed to pack a lunch. Our time is just as valuable as their's. So inconsiderate to overbook like this.
Dr. Marcovich is a good doctor, although he doesn't take the time to explain things. If you want to talk to the medical assistant, you will have to wait. They state they have a 48 hour policy to return a phone call. In alot of cases, this is unexceptable. What if someone is in pain? The clerical staff is horrible. They scheduled me for surgery at the wrong place, and I didn't get notified of the error until 2 days before surgery. This was due to someone not looking at my medical info on my file.
