My sister has been a patient of Dr. Aubley for many years. I understand that the office is being sold. But does that give his workers the right to be rude and disrespectful to the patients. I believe the new owners should hire an entirely different staff.
The receptionist here is THE. WORST. The rest of the front staff patiently works to help patients, show empathy and explain any issues. The receptionist, meanwhile, can be heard -- yelling -- in the background to tell the rest of her colleagues to tell the patient to 'Just go to Urgent Care!' or other gems like 'He's a Jerk' I don't think she even cares the patients clearly hear her. I started going to see Dr. Aubley about 3 years ago. He is extremely knowledgeable and spends time explaining and answering questions. He does not rush in and out but is genuinely interested in his patients. I highly recommend him.
