First time I see this doctor , I didn’t read all the paperwork or the pages of the instructions and their rules At all . They charge me $100 because I didn’t not make it and make a new appointment right away . Yes I missed it due to personal reasons . I feel like this is NOT fare charging a new patient . And their CS employee is Ruse , bit Nasty even I was in their office . I’ve seen my doctor for many years in NYC every 6 months .
