Dr. Betancourt and his staff were both professional and personable. We were first time patients having recently moved to the Charlotte area. He spent two hours with my wife and me separately getting to know us. The techniques he used which included taking photos as well as XRays of our mouth and teeth were exceptional. In addition he and his partner do their own crowns which we like. All in all, I strongly recommend Dr. Betancourt. Simply an outstanding practice.
Dr. Betancourt listens to his patients and actually cares as opposed to trying to sell products and unnecessary procedures. Also calms your fears if you are nervous with dental visits.
