I work for a state program where I need information pertaining to his patients to remain eligible for a certain program. This provider charges his patients and/or program providers to provide medical information. I have never heard this from any medical provider. Thank goodness this provider is retiring, otherwise I would report him to the state. I don't even want to give him one star. There should never be a doctor like this man.

I called about pain in my hip that’s caused by Lupus. Dr. Nwkazi returned my call after office hours to tell me he doesn’t have my chart in front of him so I would have to call Monday. Well Saturday came and I had to go to urgent care because of severe pain. The urgent care told me to follow up with my rheumatologist Dr. Nwkazi.
