I have called multiple times a day for a week without a return call no wonder why the doctor has such horrendous reviews
Business response:
Most surprising report. Patients often say how pleased they are with the responsiveness of staff. I do ask staff often to investigate such reports as this. All messages must be answered. There might be a call that was not answered the same day, because of the office adhering to the hours advertised for which the office is open. If a patient missed her appointment time, that person might have to wait until an opening.It is important that patients are not waiting more than 10 minutes
Dr. Dibella's staff was highly unprofessional. Additionally, he became upset with me when I asked him to o continually repeat himself during my first visit, as I have hearing loss in both ears. The billing practices of this office are also inconsistent. His office sent me to collections two years after my last visit and with no prior written notification of any outstanding bills. I've been seeing Dr. DiBella for many years now for ADHD. He's always very accessible (quick appointments), warm & friendly.
Dr. Dibella is the one doctor that finally found the right combinations of medications to help me with my bipolar disorder and ADHD. Anytime that I had a relapse and knew I needed to be seen I was scheduled quickly. I appreciate that very much. It helps me lead a relatively normal life when before it was one manic episode after another.
