Very thorough exam and explanation of condition. It was my child's 1st time at eye doctor and it was a lot of tests, waiting and information. Dr. Greebel and staff did a good job keeping us informed. We have a lot of follow up to do. After appointment Dr. Greebel called to check on my child and ask what additional questions we had which I took as above what was expected as a parent. Dr. Greebel knew she was upset with the information we received and wanted to alleviate concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Greebel.
We brought our child in for an eye exam and were very disappointed with how the visit went. Dr. Greebel's demeanor came across as condescending, and she spoke to our child in a way that felt rude and dismissive. We left feeling uncomfortable and not listened to, and we will be looking for a different provider in the future.
Dr. Greebel is a phenomenal doctor. My daughter had a problem with her eye. We went to the pediatrician and he recommended this office. I called and they got me in same day with Dr. Greebel. I don’t understand the negative reviews as she has been nothing but patient, welcoming, and heartfelt during the several appointments we went/have gone to. She doesn’t take our insurance and I’m choosing to pay just to continue seeing her. I am so glad my daughter is under her care.

While I understand that pediatric ophthalmology can be challenging, I was surprised by her condescending tone and lack of patience—not only toward my child but also toward me as a parent. Dr. Greebal has been wonderful to my two boys! When my youngest was just over a year old, she performed surgery on him and placed tubes in his eyes to correct clogged tear ducts. I was a nervous wreck and she was extremely knowledgable and reassuring. She called the next day to check on him (on a Saturday) and his surgery was a complete success.
