“I was very disappointed with my first appointment. I came with several concerns about my pregnancy and pain, but I felt that my concerns were not listened to or taken seriously. The doctor’s tone was very harsh and made me feel uncomfortable and upset. I left the appointment in tears. I believe every patient deserves to be treated with respect, patience, and compassion, regardless of their background or where they come from. I hope future patients will have a better experience.”

I had a very disappointing experience at my first OB appointment. I completed the intake forms online before arriving, but was told I had to fill them out again and answer every question. Some questions regarding the father of the baby made me uncomfortable, and despite explaining this, I was repeatedly pressured by two different staff members to provide answers. Appointment canceled days before I was meant to be seen and was told I need another referral even though I notified them a month prior of the changes. They claimed I didn't. I could've found another doctor in the month prior to the appointment. So now I have to look for another one and wait to be referred if I want to be seen.

I had not a pregnancy related appointment. I really liked Dr Chang, she answered my questions, was nice and carrying. Dr Chang also did my surgery and was nothing but amazing. Very friendly and engaged.

The older receptionist at this doctors office is incredibly rude. She is short with patients. I watched her give a patient a hard time because they were simply having troubles finding the location. Your job is to help people, and receive them when they arrive, not shake your head when they don’t understand. People can be stressed or nervous about their appointment. The last thing they need is someone making it harder. Do better.
