Not sure about Dr. Howard's skills as a surgeon, but his office staff dropped the ball during the insurance approval process. In the past 30 days, I have made four attempts to get anyone from that office (including Dr. Howard) to return my calls without success. My referring Ophthalmologist in Myrtle Beach has made two attempts to get a return call on my status with no response. I am surprised at the treatment I received from a business with this many good reviews.
