They are always on time and prepare, front desk is friendly/nice as are all the staff. Dr Ohkawa takes the time to explain issues, I've never felt rushed after a decade with his practice after 10 years with predecessor, Dr. Wartella. Highly recommend!!!
Dr. Ohkawa and his staff are so easy going. They make me feel comfortable at every visit. Ive had bad experiences with other dentist in the past and Dr. Ohkawa has heled me to relax and I trust him completely.
Dr Ohkawa is a gem! I waited over a year to become a patient, until a space opened up. Well worth the wait. He is thorough, explains everything, answers all your questions, is very respectful and exceptionally careful about covid, which I am also. I highly recommend Dr Ohkawa.
I have been petrified of going to the dentist (even for a teeth cleaning) for my whole life until I met Dr Gen Ohkawa. He makes the whole experience utterly painless and on top of that, executes each procedure with such precision and skill that recovery periods are negligible, if existent at all. Whenever I have to get a filling (which is a lot rarer nowadays) my bite is always perfectly even after. I cannot say enough good things!!!!! Thank you Dr Ohkawa!!
Dr Ohkawa and his staff were a very pleasant surpise and experience. He is highly skilled, he uses top of the line technology and he is thorough. He is exactly what the greene/ulster county residents needed. And they are reasonable in their pricing. I highly recommend this office - I don't usually leave a review for anyone! That says a lot.
