Awful doctor, would not take under consideration my back being broke when asking me to sit in what looked like a 1960's dentist chair (the arms would not raise for easier access to sit down. Said she had to examine me and not in a regular chair. Also, uses intimidation or bullying with patients. She must be a Medicaid / medicare provider because there were a bunch of unruly children in the lobby area that does not look clean. I have been to multitudes of doctors and she is by far the worst.

Excellent doctor that actually looks you in the eye and listens to you. Friendly and professional. Staff is the same. Very comfortable office and staff.

Dr. Subramanian and her nurse were fabulous. Unfortunately, the one star rating is for Lisa at the front desk. I have never been treated the way this woman treated me trying to get answers about my health. She has no business dealing with the public, especially people who are sick and in pain. I will not support a business who chooses to have someone so tactless as her as your first line of communication.

My husband was diagnosed with throat cancer several years ago. Dr Subramanian, was kind, compasionate, a very special doctor; my husband had a good relationship with her. We no longer are able to use Dr Subramanian as she is not in our new network. The reason I gave only 1 star, is because of the receptionist, Lisa aka MeMe. She is rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and very hard to get along with. Every encounter I have ever had with her over the past 3 years has been unpleasant.

She was misrepresented as being a surgeon and is not. She lines up people in the hall to pass through a small examining room and doesn't seem to give actual treatment just consultation. From the ages of the patients, she appears to focus on Medicare/Medicaid patients and in addition to billing these entities, she will also send a large bill to the patient.

Very nice doctor, gives lots of options and doesn't try to make you do what you don't want to do. She has helped me live a better life.

Waited for nearly two hours to be seen. Front desk looked up my insurance and confirmed it, then sent me a bill later for $235 for the mistake THEY made. Recommended ear drops for 21 days that it turns out should only be used for seven. NEVER AGAIN!

This is the only place that I can find that let's me leave a commented review. I came here hoping to get an opinion on my perforated eardrum. First impression: I had to wait well over an hour after arriving on time for my appointment, the waiting room was stuffed with coughing kids and felt unclean, I had to excuse myself to wait outside. After getting in to the Dr. she wanted me to schedule a separate exam on a separate day just to do my hearing test. I felt extremely rushed and was herded out as soon as she felt possible s... read more

I had an appointment for my son on a Monday. That Friday, the office called to confirm my appointment. I let them know that I lost my insurance card but I had the ID number and all of the necessary information. They told me that would suffice and that we were good for Monday. At the appt. the unpleasant woman at the front desk, who called herself the office manager, asked me for my insurance card. I told her I did not have it, as we had discussed Friday. She said that they would not see me with out it and asked me why I did ... read more
