I have been a patient of Dr. Katha's for decades & love her like a friend vs a doctor! She's always been so warm, friendly, kind, compassionate, attentive. I've never had long waits at her office, whenever procedures are done I find them as painless as they can be due to her skill and experience, I've never had billing issues... Update Attempting to get my medical records from the office. When I called to ask how to go about it ,Kartha came on the line. She immediately has an attitude, and when I told her how upset I was that she dropped me and that it hurt, she wouldn't explain anything. She immediately cuts me off, starts yelling and calling me a liar. She then tells me she doesn't have time for this and hung up. Yet she had the time to come on the phone and call me a liar.
