I'm from Ohio and sent my broken PS4 (busted hdmi port) to the West Coast. These guys were very quick to communicate back and fourth with me and answer every question I had for them. I also received my new system 2 days after they shipped it out!! Great work fellas.

I took my laptop in for a broken charging outlet. I tried taking it to BestBuy who cracked it and wanted to charge me $200. Then I was told about dr GEEKsters and it was fixed in only a few days as a very reasonable price.
They fixed my computer on time and for a fair price. They also recycle old machines so bring yours by instead of putting it in a landfill. I hate that they stick their freaking sticker on anything that comes into their shop. Last time I told them no and they didn't so you might want to do the same.
