Today I had a cleaning, and although there were some technical difficulties causing my appointment to be delayed, I had a good experience overall. The hygienist was so calm and polite. She took care to explain what she was doing before starting and she gave me her full attention and didn’t rush even though she was now behind in her schedule. The receptionist promptly adjusted her schedule to accommodate the unexpected changes. All this being said, I was happy with my service and this staff seems to work together seamlessly.
