Horrendous patient care. I accompanied my grandmother to an appointment and the dentist is incredibly rude. Schrier repeatedly interrupted my grandmother who was simply trying her best to get her concerns across, and cut her off by jabbing her fingers into my grandmother’s mouth mid-sentence. Came in got a regular cleaning done waited about 30 mins with an appointment, after the cleaning and exam doctor stated I needed some work done. 3 root canals , shaving , x-rays etc. My following appointment did the 3 root canals, did 2 temporary crowns, with in the same 3 hours of leaving the office the temporary fell out without me eating or drinking anything. Unprofessional bedside manner. Dentist was dismissive and became frustrated when I did not choose the more invasive and permanent procedure she recommended. She became easily frustrated during the procedure due to her lacking the capability to comprehend my concerns related to the current session. As a result of her inability to listen to feedback and dismissiveness, I ended up requiring the services of different dentist to rectify the issues she caused.
