I would rather leave my shoulder tendons mangled and tore then to have to deal with their receptionist. In trying to schedule an appointment, I have called in what must be 20 times. Each time it is no less than a 10 minute wait to get a recording. Then you can select a number that leads to at least another 10 minute wait.
