Worst doctor's office and client experience
Totally money oriented Practice. Insensitive to patient care. They want you to pay the amount over phone they say is outstanding without sharing any details to check if they billed correctly or not. Else they will not make an appointment even if you are sick. Should avoid them and shift to someone else who thinks about patient care as well, Of course patients need to pay the bill but only after they are provided with the opportunity to check bill details and not holding like hostage while they are sick.
Worst service I have ever seen.
We have called several times over past few years and sometimes the call goes to an answering service (during business hours). The answering service asks which office to connect to and they forward the call to the office, followed by two rings and then call termination. What kind of lousy service is this? Medical service is ok..but customer service is bad. Getting through to someone here is like pulling teeth.
