I experience Dr. Gates Colbert to be an excellent Doctor. He is highly observant and was quietly attentive to my history and reasons for my office visit. Unprofessional staff, no respect for patient time and we won’t be going back. My husband did bloodwork with Dr Colbert in February of 2024. He was told they would call him in a couple weeks to discuss the results. A month goes by and no word. We call the office and leave a message for the doctor to call us back. No response. We did this another three times and each time the staff said they would get a message to the doctor.
