Nothing bad to say about Dr. To'olo, everything has been simple and easy since the beginning! My son loves that he can watch Netflix while his teeth are being worked on and that helps a lot! He doesn't even want mom or dad to go back with him at all, great atmosphere and great work! I recommend this office to everyone I hear talking about a pediatric dentist!
This office refuses to let parents go back with their children. They must assume that kids wont report to their parents what is going on! My daughter came out crying horribly after each of her 3 visit to get crowns put on. She finally told me that she could feel the work that he was doing on her. Just the air blowing on her teeth hurt. She was obviously not being numbed properly and he did not care. Instead of Dr. To'olo consoling her and making her comfortable, he told her to be quiet and stop
