Great staff. Efficient operation!!
I have a deductible I haven't met yet and wanted to find out the cost for a common procedure. I called them and they said since I'm not a patient yet they can only tell me after I've come in and had a consultation (so I have to spend time and money to find out how much money I have to spend). They said another way of finding out was calling my insurance provider and asking them for the negotiated rate. So I called my insurance provider and they inform me it's illegal in Texas for them to disclose their contracted rate to me.... read more
