Pill mill, this “doctor”, Gary Winn runs a pill mill. If your loved ones didn’t walk in the door an addict, they’ll probably walk out of his office as one. Both my husband and I were treated by this physician and both were placed on a number of unnecessary medications to include opioid pain medication. It didn’t matter if you had a headache or a sprained ankle, he was going to prescribe opioids and insist on upping your dose at each weekly appointment.
