Not a lot of positive reviews here in the past 2 years, and I think I know why. Dr. Wilson has done some good dental work for me, but the customer experience at the office has really gone downhill. I had already decided to change dentists, and then today I got a text from the Wilson office charging me $60 for changing an appointment time a month ago (at the time of the change, they did not mention that there would be a fee). Dentistry is too competitive an industry to antagonize your customers.
I love this dentist office! They are very nice and very personable. I would highly recommend to anyone.
