They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated . I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
