Dr. Smith is a good doctor, but his office staff and over all customer service is horrible! His office will randomly close without notice and on the rare occasion that notice is given, it is only given about a day or so in advanced by a posting on the office door. Therefore the only way in which to know if the office is closed or not is to go in or call everyday.
