I saw this doctor once when I was 18 or 19. I went in for a pelvic exam, was the doctor my mother was referred to, so just figured I'd see him as well. I was morbidly overweight, I was 19 and over 350. I understand what that does to someone and the impact it has. This doctor waited til I was in the stirrups and he was examining to start in about my weight.
