What a great doctor! Caring, friendly, outgoing, thorough, and willing to spend all the time needed to explain everything and answer all questions. His entire office staff is equally pleasant, and his nurse is first rate!
Despite the slightly dated but clean office (if you're used to modern chrome and the newest equipment), the staff is caring and efficient, the doctor even more-so, and that's what really matters. He's patient, humorous, seems to be very well informed, put me at ease, listened to me, gave me advice, took care of my problem, and was generally wonderful. I can see why he has such high patient ratings. I'll add mine. I am fortunate to have gotten an appointment with him--and quickly.
Beware after the procedure if he decides to take off for 4 days he offers (nobody) in his absence that cover's for him. I had a problem after the procedure and the next day called his office and the staff told me just drink more water and you'll be fine!!! Really!! well I'm looking at a Medicare Part B second attempt by this Dr. to get more money out of the system...I ended up in ER for an additional $2,500. payed out by Medicare. I'm the one who should be paid for pain and suffering.He'saRIPoff

Please accept my sincere apologies for not responding adequately to your needs. I and my well-trained staff are in the office making every effort to respond to any urologic issues which may arise and we make every effort to avoid having the patients go to the ER if at all possible. Unfortunately, some situations do require an evaluation in the emergency room where competent board certified urologists provide excellent emergency care in those rare instances when I am not available.
Doctor Ronay's knowledge of my urinary problems were excellent. He not only helped me understand what my problems were but how to fix them. Something simple as learning you have to pee twice. when done peeing stay for a couple of minuets and you will pee again. He gave me options and medicines to help resolve my problems. After only 10 months, I am off of medicines and sleeping all night. I keep asking myself why I waited so long to go see Dr. Ronay. He is friendly, respectful, & knowledgeable
Everyone in the practice was friendly and personable. Dr Ronay was very thorough in his testing and explanation of results. I also liked that he made me feel his office was available to help me in anyway if I had any more issues.
Dr Ronay and his entire staff have been a pleasure to work with. At difficult times they all give encouragement and compassion to make things as easy as possible.
Dr. Ronay is very thorough in his examination. Detailed in helping you understand all of your results. Polite, well mannered, very up beat, and easy to talk to.
My father father was in a very critical state with his kidneys when we met Dr Ronay. A physician in the hospital thought my father had cancer and told us to call hospice. Dr Ronay came into our lives and discovered he in fact did not. Instead he had very deeply embedded kidney stones which causes internal bleeding . Dr Ronay operated , removed the stones and has continued to care for my father . He has his health care, and kept him off of dialysis. Grateful Family of C Harris
I initially began as a patient with Dr. Ronay in 1989...I was 24. A few years later, I decided to move to back to S. FL, I was gone for approx. 6-7 years. Once I returned to Lakeland, I found that I was in need of a Urologist again. Knowing how pleased I was with Dr. Ronay, I tracked him down. I have always valued his professionalism and quality of care. His staff has always been so warm and caring towards me....like I was part of their family. I HIGHLY recommend Brandon Urology Center!!
