I have been in and out of the ER and was hospitalized once for 6 days for high blood pressure and high heart rate. I've had two unexplainable broken bones and so many crazy symptoms. Several times this man was my "doctor". Every single time I saw him,he would ask me,"Are you stressed?". He minimized what I was going through and didn't even stop to consider the possibility that maybe I actually had something serious going on. Poor communication, did not follow through with what he said he would do. Very poor experience with this Dr.
Just got a bill for $571. His assistant examined me in the ER for road rash from a bike fall. Even though OV Hospital is in network (and I did ask), they did not inform me that the Dr would be out of network. So, now I'm paying $571 out of pocket for for Dr Figge's assistant to simply look at my wounds in order to prescribe an antibiotic. Keep in mind OV Hospital already got $560 for all of the ER charges.
