I first met Dr. Flangas approximately 14 years ago. I was having severe back pain, mostly in my lumbar area. I went to see my primary care Doctor and he sent me for an MRI of the lumbar area of my back. In 2012, I saw three different doctors to discuss my back problems. The first two doctors that I saw were orthopedic surgeons. Both Doctors wanted to do a fusion and wanted to send me for blood work and set me me up with a Cardiologist to prepare for surgery. I took the time to wait for a referral from my neurologist and contact this office now. I need to find another surgeon. If you have Aetna please don’t waste your time.
