The service here is pretty good. I was unable to get contact lenses but the checkups are always relatively fast!
Professional yet friendly eye clinic. Dr Lau is very personable and helpful with any eye related concerns! When I told him about the contacts I used, he actually right away researched it (something he never heard of and it’s not a popular brand) and he looked into the ingredients and gave me useful advice! I like that he’s responsible like that! Receptions and other staff are also very friendly and helpful there! Have recommended many people to go there for regular eye checkup!
I communicate with Dr. Lau in Cantonese, so I am sure that I totally understand what he talked about. In Dec, I felt that I may need a new prescription for glasses. The staff used the computer system for my eye examination in the lobby. Then I met with Dr. Lau, he said "if I just trusted this information generated by the computer, it's not good (如果我就咁信呢張電腦紙就更係唔掂啦). He then gave me eye drops for other examination for $60, I agreed with the fee as I really wanted to know an accurate prescription so that I can get new glasses. ... read more
