This place is overcrowded and non existent patient/bedside manner. Maybe because they overwork the doctors. Bad management. No kind nurses or doctors. I went elsewhere and had an amazing experience.
I wouldn’t recommend this place. I took my 3year old over to this place, for tuberculosis unfortunately I went back at 5 times or more due to drainage clogs Only for them to over look my child and prescribe more ear drops, on top of the infection that was and his ear. Finally took my child to Children’s ENT which he was gave a syringe to drain all the drainage out of his ears, and to be scheduled for another tuberculosis surgery , and tonsils removal. Dr lake was pretty nice.. I had sinus surgery and unfortunately due to the incredibly rude staff I am now without a Dr.. and out my follow up appointments!! I had to request my records and left in tears due to the outrageous behavior of the front desk manager and Dr. Lakes nurse!! Filled out complaint and the Dr hasn’t even reached out nor has the office manager!!
Very good bed side manners. Took time to access situation and instead of just putting me on tons of medicine. He came up with a action plan to correct the problem. Very informative. Your appointments are not rushed. And wait times are at a minimum. Staff are also very friendly and do the best possible to make you feel comfortable. The office vibe feels more like an extended family. I'm so glad we found him.God bless him and his team mates.
