Dr. Reasor is an example of a poor choice in medical treatment. I was being treated in a pain pump trial when he without discussion entered the hospital room and terminated the trial in a very abusive way by jerking the catheter out of my back abusively and would not discuss what he was doing at my excited request. Nursing staff attempted to reason with him. Returned to his office for discussion. he sent a letter dropping me as a patient and without out assistance for my pain. Lawsuit considered
Dr Reasor and staff are excellent, the practice if very busy and there are times when you have to wait a bit, but they see an incredible number of patients on a daily basis. He is very skilled at an array of nerve block injections. Highly recommend.
Two years ago I was nervous about moving to Kentucky as I have several chronic conditions. I saw a couple of other doctors in the area that only wanted to perform injections. I would have no functional relief or life. When I found Dr. Reasor and his staff, it was like heaven. He and his staff have always been professional and try all ways possible to help me have a functional life. I am able to work full time and have a family life with their help. I have recommended his office. Fantastic :-))
Very well mannered Doctor. Up front what is wrong with you. Will tell you what he can and can not do for you. If there is a solution he will find it and offer you the treatment . He is not a pill pusher. He is a fixer.
No physical exam was ever done-the most basic of physician tools in patient assessment and diagnosis. Truly feels like an assembly line. You will NEVER see the MD while you are in awake state after initial visit, if you are there for a procedure. Waited an hour on one visit for "education" which was not even for this patient. NO ONE returns calls or replies to emails, even after they have asked you to get back with them. Incredibly frustrating for patients/families looking for help/answers.
when you call with questions, no return phone calls. Poor patient care. Poor office staff. Rarely see or talk to Doctor. Very disappointing
Excellent, concerned, compassionate and knowegable. These are the some of the reasons I am a patient of Dr. Gary Reasor. I have better quality of life due to his recommendations and care. Dr. Reasor stays on top of the lastest technology. He and the staff treat me and my family with respect. I recommend him to anyone I come across that suffering from pain. I appreciate his help and genuine concern for my overall health. A+ doctor!
He is awesome!! He has treated me for years!! They are respectful. Treat you like a human being. He's so knowledgable. His staff his amazing. I've had the same condition for 43 years and have seen over 100 doctors throughout my life big every kind. Tried every procedure known to man, and while I'm not cured, I'm able to manage and have a life more so than ever before. I've seen numerous neurologists and neurosurgeons and Dr. Reasor is the best by far!!
Dr. Reasor is AMAZING, however is billing department is AWFUL!! EVERY time I went they would bull me AND my insurance twice & someone THREE times!! When I asked to speak to the office manager Kristen and confronted her about this she looked like a deer in headlights; because she was BUSTED, THEN.... Told me I was no longer a patient at his office. SERIOUSLY? Because I busted them on insurance fraud they released me as a patient. I would not recommend this place to anyone
