I sustained severe injuries in 2013 and have since seen several pain management doctors. Dr. Baker stands out as truly exceptional. He is the first doctor who genuinely listens, shows compassion, and demonstrates a deep commitment to my well-being. There are times during our appointments when I find myself in tears, not from pain, but from the overwhelming gratitude I feel for the care and concerns he shows.
The lady who is working the front desk/appointment line needs to be retrained. People working in the pain management field should be patient and compassionate toward people who are obviously in a lot of pain. She had an attitude with me from the beginning. She returned my call and stated she was calling from Dr. Baker’s office. There was literally a two second pause and she impatiently said “hello?!”.
