My husband was having complications I took him to our local ER twice and was sent home. I went to Dr. Steinberg after 3 years of trying to find out why I had an occlusion, finally being diagnosed with moyamoya, and being told by my doctors in my city to wait until I had a stroke until I decided to have surgery. Amazing. Here’s why. I’ve had 5 surgeries done by Dr. Steinberg, my 80 yr old mama, 2. Although I was terrified before my first in 2005, this kind, gentle and brilliant man, from start to finish, somehow made me feel comfortable and at ease.
