Mark, who answers the phone in the office deserves a raise! But Dr. Wetmore should be ashamed of himself. My whole immediate family were patients of Dr. Wetmore for years. My mom, his patient for 40 years, now lives in a care facility where they lost her glasses. She has dementia, and is confined to a wheelchair so taking another eye exam is not an option.
