I went back after being treated once. I’ll never return. I’ll DEFINITELY pick someone else next time around. Terrible idea to return
We have been with Dr. Holt's office for years. He has treated all 3 of my kids and we couldn't be happier with the service and care our family received over the years. My daughter recently went through jaw surgery and Dr. Holt's office was kind enough to send flowers and follow up on her after the surgery. We highly recommend Dr. Holt and his team.
One of the techs damaged my son’s teeth while putting on brackets. Rather than accepting any responsibility or working with us to remedy the situation, Dr. Holt blamed our dentist, collected the full insurance benefit, and billed us for the balance of the contract, even though he didn’t complete the treatment. Very disappointed.
Holt Orthodontics is AMAZING! We love Dr Holt and his staff. Both of our kids are currently in braces and both of them love this office. Dr Holt has so much energy and is so much fun. And, as a Dentist myself, I would (and do) recommend Dr Holt over any other office.
