Love this man. He cares. He listens. He keeps trying. His staff is wonderful. His mind is like a computer and he keeps up with new drugs, treatments and just generally knows his profession well.

He won't give me any therapy at all since I am there for medication management only. He could answer a question about why I do this or that or what to do about feeling the way I do etc. Every time I get one of my meds refilled the pharmacy has to verify it with him. And every single month another med I have to call him to get him to write a refill. He charges $5 per call. Also, I just don't think he cares. He's working fewer hours so I am thinking he will retire soon. I don't want to find another doctor though.

I am a long-time patient whose experience with Dr. Glass is that e is straight to the point in dealing with your personal issues. There is no delving into childhood or emphasis on past experiences; his goal is to deal with the current issues.

Over the past 15+ years, Dr. Glass, while mild-mannered, has always expressed interest in my care, seen me when I needed to get squeezed in, listened to my concerns, remains committed (despite our having tried 50+ meds over the years), asked on-target questions, and the office staff is always professional, friendly, caring and prompt. Yes, you have to pay a $5 fee to pick up a prescription, so I make sure I get them all taken care of during the office visits.

Gary Glass is a great doctor if you're looking for a man who despises his patients. He actually charges you a separate fee to pick up your scripts (as he refuses to call in medications that can be called in), and only allows you to travel to HIM to pay HIM to get your prescriptions before 11:30 and from 1-4:30 (i.e. at inopportune times). Gary Glass isn't accepting new patients--luckily for them, as he seems to have nothing but contempt for them.

This man unethically "fired" me because most of the pills he tried to put me on, upset my stomach and made me throw up. He "fired" me over the phone when I called in to let the office know. Obviously he did not take in account my bleeding ulcer, and obviously didn't care. I wasted 6 years of my life on this guy. He seemed very robotic, unempathetic and uncaring.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Glass for 25 years for Bi-Polar symptoms. He’s been able to stabilize my moods but it took time and patience. He’s mild natured, an intellectual and approaches diagnoses methodically and strategically. If you are honest and specific, he can help you. I like how he listens, answers questions, and respects my feedback; making it a joint journey to recovery. He’s very quiet but engaging if you participate in your own recovery. He’s actually very kind and understanding.

Dr. Glass is an excellent Psychiatrist. After being misdiagnosed prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Glass, he was able to get to the root of my true diagnosis. He coordinates closely with my Psychotherapist and he is extremely skilled in his approach. I can honestly say that I believe Dr. Glass has saved my life. And he has given me hope.
