You could not ask for a better Doctor. He CARES about his patients and their well being. I have been going to Dr. Williams for over 30 years now and not once have I had any issues. He also took such good care of my Mom for over 30 years. He is kind, compassionate, and professional. If you're looking for a Doctor that will actually listen to you, care about you, and go above and beyond to ensure your health needs are taken care of then I highly recommend Dr. Williams. He is hands down the best of the best.
The person at front reception desk/window is always in a foul mood . Does not know how to file insurance for City of S’port insurance. I had to get an Insurance Advocator to teach her how to do her job! She even told me she has been dealing with numerous people on the bcbc advantage plan. Nurses and Dr. G.W. are fare-good.
I thought it was just our family that ALWAYS have bad encounters with the receptionist at Gary Williams Willis Knighton near South office. She definitely need a new job in the back office or not in ANY OFFICE setting. She is in the medical field of caring and has a VERY UNPLEASANT ATTITUDE, to be dealing with patients.
Not happy with the receptionist at front desk. yeah everyone has a bad day or two but every time I come she has a very unpleasant attitude. no one makes you work where your not happy, get another job!! Bad area of town to conduct business never know if you'll get shot, cursed, forced to listen to rap or car broken into.
