I did not have a good experience. Billings didn’t square, failed implants weren’t repaired, and he wouldn’t discuss it with me directly despite being his patient for years. Instead, I was left to discuss it with his receptionist who insisted I’m wrong and told me to leave. That was $7k ago. Might sound strange, but it was traumatizing. RecommendedI came in because my wisdom tooth was bothering me, the office squeezed me in an hour after my phone call. Not only did he and the other staff make me feel comfortable, he was able to extract my tooth right then and there. I have since gone back for my initial hygiene appt. and the DH Rachel was fantastic! I'm very self conscience about my teeth and they really make me feel comfortable. They will work with you for treatment plans and also take Care Credit. Would def recommend!!
I found this office to be unsatisfactory tend to bill for procedures you don’t request.Tell you your covered for certain procedures when you are not. Receptionist extremely rude.
I ha e been going to dr. Demetriou for over 25 years , need more be said. Everyone who works there is friendly , kind and compassionate
