Great staff but... I was not at all impressed with Dr. Olen. It seemed he was far more interested in selling me procedures and adding to my bill than he was in my dental care. I won't go back.
RecommendedDr Olen was my pediatric dentist growing up and I wouldn’t trust my kids teeth with anyone else. The staff is awesome and patient. Dr Mauer was great with my daughters filling. The kiddos look forward to playing games and get a prize from the chest. My little ones love going to the dentist!!!

Our son, Louis, has Down Syndrome, and Dr. Olen has been taking care of his dentistry needs for 29 years! Louis is so comfortable with Dr. Olen and his staff. They are extremely kind and friendly and professional. We love them all and are so lucky that we were referred to them so many years ago.
Don't use! My wife took my son to this dentist they were rude and unprofessional and they take advantage of people charging ridicules amounts of money and really wanted to sedat him with valium I've asked other parents and they say the same thing beware!
I was not allowed in the back when my 6 yr old son needed emergency work done.I had told him I would be there for him but they said NO..When we did go back for a 6 month check up and was told that my son needed another $1000.00 in work,I took my sons x-rays to another dentist and was told he does not need all that work done..That was 3 years ago .With his new dentist I go in the back with my son and he is fine....something is wrong with this thinking that it is okay to allow someone to just take your child away!!!!
Refused to let me go into the room while my 4 year old was getting a couple of fillings. When I asked about seeing my daughter they blocked my entrance into the back room. When she came out it was obvious she had been extremely upset. She later told me Dr. Olen had covered her mouth with his hand and told her to shut up and stop "sniveling".

Dr Olen takes care of my daughter and my son. Both are special needs kids with oral sensitivities. My 14 year old daughter had been getting seen at Children's Hospital Pediatric Dental Clinic for special needs kids, which has good services but is very very hard to schedule, always full, and billing is confusing. Dr Olen's was easy to schedule (a human actually picks up the phone within 5 rings).
