McKracken is fine. But the office has contracted out all office functions: scheduling, billing, etc to Dallas TX and reps who work from home all over the country. They also have a new system which didn't have my data so the billing is all messed up. Disaster!!! I will find a new dermatologist
I have been seeing Dr. McCracken for over 10 years. He is one of the most personable physicians that I have ever seen. Professional, caring and extremely knowledgable. I have recommended him to numerous friends and family. the best!
Over the years I’ve enlisted the services of several Dermatologists in the Scottsdale Arizona area but by far I consider Dr. Gary McCracken (Center for Dermatology & Plastic Surgery) the most competent and experienced. His expertise in dealing with a wide variety of dermatological cases from the extremely benign to the most difficult malignant related occurrences is admirable. They charged for services on 6/6/23 $706.13 without realizing they didn't bill medicare, when followed up medicare finally got billed on 9/28/23 and they were paid on 10/6.23. I have continually called all they say they are researching.
Wrong treatment Impossible to effectively communicate no messaging or ability to talk to right person Unnecessary tests In house pharmacy -WRONG I am talking dermatology no BOTOX Look elsewhere
office is large and appointments are quick but he is very knowledge and to the point. I would recommend for anyone who needs a check up or for a specific issue
