Called twice today to have my records sent to a new dentist because of living so far away. The first time I was put on hold for 8 minutes by Moneisha, who seems to be new to the company, to have her take me off hold and ask again why I was calling and go through all of my information again. The second call, I was greeted with the same attitude as my first call. I’ve gone here for a couple of years now and have never had customer service from the receptionist line since.
