I had a terrible experience tonight with Dr. Gechlik. I felt like I wasn’t heard or believed. I have suffered from cluster headaches for over twenty years. I had been in remission for a long time until a few weeks ago. He recommended a CT scan. I told him there would be nothing wrong. He said that I cannot assume that’s what we are dealing with - as if I’m unfamiliar with myself, my health and my symptoms. Dr Gechlik recently saw my son in the ER at Good Sam Hospital. Dr Gechlik provided excellent care for my son’s fractured wrist. He was engaging, explained procedures before they began, and took time to make my son feel comfortable. We feel lucky to have had Dr Gechlik taking care of us.
