I was referred to him for a consultation. He came across to me as a very honest man. He answered every question that I asked, and when his phone rang during the consultation, he did not answer it, and he gave me his full attention. I did have difficulty to understand him when he spoke the name of a procedure, as It sounded like a mumble. He speaks quickly, and he came across as looking out for my own good, he gave detailed explanations when I asked for them, which I greatly appreciated.
