Excellent Dr who listens to her patients
AMANDA was very rude and curt when she answered the phone. I called to inquire about possibly becoming a patient and asked "how are you today" which she responded with "fine" seemingly annoyed that she had to be there. I would have moved forward as I've heard that Dr. Spassova is a wonderful and caring provider but I would recommend that you hire staff that has the same care and energy and empathy as you have for your patients.
She is a good doctor but is horrible at sending prescriptions in. Everytime I ask for refills and go to pharmacy then never have them. I called yesterday and her front desk lady said she'd put in a request went today they aren't ready last time the front desk lady sent them in and they were there she's better then the doctor for this
I love dr spassova she has been so truthful with my care she actually cares about me and my children she takes good care of me she has patience the best doctor I have ever had losing my mom she has been supportive like a mother
