Very UNPROFESSIONAL today. This Appointment was set in march for a lupron Depot shot. Your staff forgot to have the shot Ready. No reason for me to drive from Ft.Worth for Nothing. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Since Amber left It has been down hill. Your staff Should Of Had the shot ready. Dr. Raj Comes In Room. Didn't Ask If I Had Any Questions. Just got up and Walkout. He Fail On My Prostate cancer Surgery. I donot recommend Dr. Raj.
