I go to the Mt. Washington office and while I like Dr. Rao the 2 women that check you in and out are very rude and not friendly at all. If you're going for a procedure they act like you know everything about it and they tell you nothing and when you ask they act put out. Today when I left after I checked out I said to a lady waiting.. They are very rude and she shook her head yes! I said it and they probably heard it and maybe they'll try and do better.
